New Annual Giving Campaign: What is it all about?

  • Congregation Neveh Shalom is entering the second year of our Annual Giving Campaign! After a very successful introductory year!
  • The traditional Kol Nidre Appeal will occur this year - perhaps for the last time!
  • This year we will ask congregants to combine their Enhanced Dues and Kol Nidre Appeal gifts into ONE gift
  • The Annual Giving Campaign kicks-off May, 2010 and we hope to meet our goal of $142,000 before High Holidays - September, 2010!

Donate now, do not wait until High Holidays to make your combined
pledge. 

Membership dues covers 45% of our operating budget, your donation to the annual giving campaign is crucial to bridging the funding gap and to providing services to our CNS community.

We have a proud tradition of never turning anyone away. We have 1000 congregant families; 340 who are on scholarship. We need you!

This year, we are thrilled to be able to share an additional opportunity to make your new gift count even more! Thanks to the generosity of Jeff, Anne, Josh, and Sol Nudelman the first 50 NEW gifts of $50 or more will be matched with an additional $50. Additionally, the first 50 NEW gifts of $100 or more will be matched with an additional $50 from Steven & Wendy Kahn. In other words, your first time gift of $100 will be doubled to $200. If your first time gift is $50, it will be doubled to $100. If you haven't given before...NOW IS THE TIME....50 new $100 donations will turn $5,000 into $10,000 for Neveh Shalom! It's a win-win!

In addition, if you gave previously, we are excited to be able to share an opportunity to make your gift count even more! Doug and Patty Lenhoff have generously agreed to match every gift that increases by 10% or more, the amount of the increase up to $1800. It's a win-win for our donors and Neveh Shalom.
