DESCRIPTION:Tisha B’Av commemorates numerous tragedies that have befallen the Jewish people\, including the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem. As part of our Tisha B’Av observance\, we will screen The Legend of Destruction (2021) which portrays this history while reflecting on themes connected to the tragic events of this past year. \nThis remarkable film by director Gidi Dar features voice acting by Oscar Isaac\, Billy Zane\, and Elliot Gould\, and highlights 500 original paintings by David Polonsky and Michael Faust.
