The Great Book Sort

Join Leora, our librarian, in sorting through Rabbi Stampfer’s large collection of books, the ones that did not go to the OJMCHE that is. We will be hunting for books that need to be buried. You can hunt for (and keep) anything that catches your fancy. There are approximately 80 boxes of Stampfer books to sort through. If we finish those, there are an additional 30-40 from other people. Cooking for Outside In

Sunday, September 3, 12:00-2:00pm We are so pleased to announce that Cooking for Outside In is back! One Sunday a month, CNS congregants of all ages can gather in the Neveh Shalom kitchen. The first gathering will take place on Sunday, January 8th from 12-2pm, to prepare a full meal for our houseless youth at Outside In, whose mission is to help homeless youth move toward improved health and self-sufficiency.
